tidy_set_encoding — Set the input/output character encoding for parsing markup

encoding
The encoding parameter sets the encoding for
input/output documents. The possible values for encoding are:
ascii, latin0, latin1,
raw, utf8, iso2022,
mac, win1252, ibm858,
utf16, utf16le, utf16be,
big5, and shiftjis.
Întoarce valoarea TRUE în cazul
succesului sau FALSE în cazul eșecului.
Notă: Această funcție este disponibilă numai în Tidy 1.0. Ea a devenit învechită în Tidy 2.0 și de aceea a fost eliminată.
