Retourne le buffer courant.

xmlwriter: Uniquement pour les appels procéduraux. La ressource XMLWriter qui a été modifiée. Cette ressource provient d'un appel à xmlwriter_open_uri() ou xmlwriter_open_memory().
flush: Si l'on doit afficher le buffer ou non. Par défaut, ce paramètre vaut TRUE.

Retourne le buffer courant sous la forme d'une chaîne de caractères.
