Adds new attribute node attr to element.

Parameter-Liste

attr: The attribute node.

Rückgabewerte

Returns old node if the attribute has been replaced or NULL.

Fehler/Exceptions

DOM_NO_MODIFICATION_ALLOWED_ERR: Raised if the node is readonly.
